Frank Lackteen
Frank Samuel Lackteen (1897-1968) Lebanese Actor. Shifty-eyed, high-cheekboned character actor who, stealthy and scowling, portrayed exotic villains in US films for five decades starting in 1916. He passed away in 1968 of respiratory failure.
